This policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website or contact us about our content, services or a potential collaboration.

2. Information we process

Email enquiries. If you email us, we receive your email address, any name or business details you provide, and the contents of your message and attachments. Providing this information is voluntary, but we may be unable to answer or arrange a collaboration without the relevant contact details.

Website operation. Our website is hosted by Framer B.V. Technical information, such as your IP address, browser information and connection details, may be processed as needed to deliver the website, maintain its operation and protect against misuse.

Website statistics. We use Framer’s built-in analytics to understand visits, popular pages, traffic sources and broad information such as device type and country. Framer describes these statistics as anonymised. Its analytics does not use cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. To count daily unique visitors, Framer hashes the IP address and browser information using a secret that rotates and is deleted each day.

There are currently no active contact or newsletter forms on this website. Contact buttons link to our business email address.

3. Why we use information

We use personal data for the following purposes and legal bases under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • Answering enquiries and discussing collaborations: our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact our business. Where the information is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract with you, or to perform that contract, the legal basis is contractual necessity.

  • Operating and securing the website: our legitimate interest in providing a functioning, secure website and preventing misuse. We also use aggregate analytics to understand which content is useful and improve the site.

  • Managing an agreed business relationship: contractual necessity where you are personally a party to the contract; otherwise, our legitimate interest in communicating with the relevant business representatives.

  • Keeping records required by law: compliance with applicable legal obligations, including Dutch tax and accounting requirements.

We do not use personal data for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you, or for profiling for such decisions.

4. Cookies and analytics

Framer’s built-in analytics does not place analytics cookies. We do not currently use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Meta Pixel on this website, or use website data to track you across other websites for advertising.

You can read about Framer’s analytics here: https://www.framer.com/help/articles/gdpr-and-cookies/

5. Who receives information

We share information only where needed for the purposes explained in this policy. Relevant recipients may include:

  • Framer B.V. and its infrastructure providers, for website hosting and analytics;

  • Google Workspace and its service providers, for business email;

  • authorised technical support providers, where access is necessary to maintain the website or email service;

  • professional advisers, such as an accountant, where necessary for an actual business relationship or legal obligation; and

  • public authorities where disclosure is required by law.

We do not sell your personal data. Service providers acting on our behalf are subject to applicable contractual data-protection requirements.

6. International processing

Our service providers may process information outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where personal data is transferred internationally, the providers’ applicable processing terms provide for recognised transfer mechanisms, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable to the recipient and transfer.

You can contact us for more information about the relevant safeguards and how to obtain a copy. The providers’ processing terms are available here:

7. How long we keep information

  • Routine enquiries that do not lead to a collaboration: up to two years after our last substantive contact, unless a specific legal obligation or unresolved dispute requires longer retention.

  • Business correspondence: for as long as needed to carry out the agreed work and administer the relationship. Relevant records may be retained longer where needed to establish, exercise or defend a specific legal claim.

  • Accounting and tax records: for the statutory retention period, generally seven years for ordinary Dutch business records. This does not mean that every enquiry email must be kept for seven years.

  • Technical information: for the period necessary for website delivery, security and investigating any specific incident, subject to the hosting provider’s applicable processing terms.

Framer deletes the rotating secret used for its daily visitor calculation each day. Aggregate anonymised statistics may remain available for longer; these are distinct from identifiable enquiry correspondence.

8. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, restrict processing or receive data in a portable format. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests because of your particular situation.

To make a request, email nathan@frizti.media. We may ask for information reasonably needed to confirm that the request concerns your data. We normally respond within one month. Where the GDPR permits an extension, we will explain the reason and timing.

You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, at https://www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl/, or to the competent supervisory authority in your country.

9. External websites

Our website links to services such as YouTube and social media platforms. When you follow a link, the external service’s own privacy and cookie practices apply. This policy does not govern how those services handle your information.

10. Changes and contact

We will update this policy when our website or data-handling practices change. The date above indicates the latest revision.
